This beginner friendly quantum computing course serves as an easy next-step in learning about quantum software and how to apply it using a real quantum computer! Upon it's completion, you'll be able to understand quantum circuits and implement real use cases for quantum algorithms using Qiskit.

Quantum computing promises to solve certain problems far beyond the reach of classical machines, but what do these ideas actually look like in code? This course is designed to answer that question through direct, hands-on practice and give you the practical skills you need. Working in Qiskit, you'll write, run, and visualize real quantum circuits, progressing from a single entangled pair of qubits to running on IBM's real quantum hardware. 

What You'll Learn 

By the end of this course, you will be able to:
• Build a real quantum circuit in Qiskit. 
• Understand the difference between a Bell state and a GHZ state. 
• Visualize quantum states. 
• Design and run a quantum random number generator 
• Run circuits on simulations and on real IBM quantum hardware.

Prerequisites: All you need is a basic understanding of quantum definitions and Python!

• This course is self-paced, can be taken at any time, and can be audited as many times as you wish. 
• Each module includes a short quiz to check your understanding of that module's concepts.  
• A cumulative final exam at the end of the course draws on all three modules together.
